About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search strategy and drive sustainable organic growth across our digital properties. You’ll be responsible for developing data-driven SEO initiatives, optimising onsite and offsite performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple channels.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to identify opportunities.

Manage technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues (crawlability, site speed, schema, indexing).

Optimise on-page content, metadata, internal linking, and website structure.

Lead link-building and digital PR initiatives to strengthen domain authority.

Monitor performance using analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Create regular reports on rankings, traffic, and ROI, presenting insights to stakeholders.

Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure future-proof strategy.

Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists (if applicable).
Requirements

3–5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, SEMrush).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of search trends and Google algorithm updates.
