In this role, you will specialise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top digital talent across Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social, Digital Strategy, and broader marketing roles. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

Source, screen, and interview candidates across digital marketing and creative roles (Paid Media, SEO, PPC, Social, Content, CRM, Digital Design, etc.)

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality digital professionals.

Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial qualification to job offer and onboarding.

Develop expert knowledge of skills, roles, and trends within the digital sector.
Client Partnership & Business Development

Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients across agencies, brands, and digital-first businesses.

Understand client requirements, company culture, and hiring challenges to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Support clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement.
Market Insights & Digital Sector Expertise

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and hiring demands within the Manchester digital landscape.

Performance & Administration
