With a background in running events Jamie began his recruitment career with no prior experience. Within three years, he had built a successful Digital Marketing recruitment agency operating across multiple continents. A skilled negotiator who leaves no stone unturned, Jamie takes great pride in giving impartial career advice and always wanting the best for his candidates.
In his free time, Jamie enjoys dining out (drinking) socialising with friends, and watching his beloved Man Utd !

Keifer began his recruitment career as a fresh-faced 16 year old out of school, now with 7 years in the industry across 4 sectors, he’s no stranger to world of recruitment and the dreaded counter offer.. An excellent communicator, he prides himself on providing the best for his clients and candidates alike. Keifer joined the business in 2022 and has already embedded himself in the business and fly’s the tribal flag high and proud!
In his spare time, you’ll find Keifer in the Pub or gearing up to jump out of a virtual plane on Call of Duty!

With a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and four years spent travelling the world, I bring a unique blend of analytical skill, global perspective, and people-centred experience to my work in recruitment. Over 2+ years of recruitment experience and 3+ years in sales have shaped my ability to understand talent, build meaningful relationships, and support individuals in reaching the next stage of their careers.
Specialising in Paid Media and SEO has allowed me to combine my analytical background with my passion for all things digital. I’m driven by the opportunity to match ambitious digital marketers with roles where they can truly thrive, contribute creatively, and make measurable impact. Helping people find opportunities they deserve is what motivates me every day.

Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about theatre. Whether I’m watching a performance or getting involved creatively, I’m always inspired by the storytelling, expression, and community the theatre world offers. My love for the arts pairs naturally with my interest in digital, where creativity and technology constantly merge to shape new experiences.

With a background in Engineering Sales Jack began his recruitment career at Tribal Tech over 4 years ago.Since then he has became the go to Specialist for Paid and Organic Media.
Jack always puts his candidates needs first and finds the best opportunity for them.
In his free time he enjoys playing golf, golf and more golf… (to quite a high standard) and dog walking with his rescue dog, Heidi.
